Fife Pond Renovation

Not all of our ponds are bespoke one-off designs from scratch but instead are renovations of existing ponds that have failed in some way.  This, however, does not hinder the creativity and workmanship shown by our team.

This project is a great example of how we have worked with the original concrete shell of the former pond and created a beautiful, healthy pond.

The original structure was stripped back, the inflow, which was bringing unwanted sediment into the pond, was diverted around the pond, the outflow rebuilt, and aquatic beds were added.

The pond has been lined with Firestone EPDM from Gordon Low Products Ltd and aquatic beds constructed.  Flag iris, bog beam, marsh marigold, water mint, water forget-me-not and water lilies have all been planted to bring life and colour to the pond.
